Just Two Minutes: Trust

Bite-sized dental wisdom in under 2 minutes.

Everyone wants to scale fast.
To automate. To sell. To “leverage.”

But there’s something more valuable than speed, features, or funnels:
Trust.

Trust with patients.
Trust with your team.
Trust with your community.

And here’s the truth no one tells you:
You don’t need to be the best at everything.
You just need to be someone people believe.

If you’re a dentist reading this, here’s the cheat code:

  • Be honest when it’s not profitable.

  • Admit when you screw up.

  • Say what you’ll do. Then do it.

That’s it.

You’ll never have to “sell” treatment again.
Patients will come back, refer, and accept care—because they trust you.
Not because of your logo or your new whitening promo.

It’s the same inside your practice:

  • Want better team culture? Start by telling the truth.

  • Want loyalty? Be consistent.

  • Want accountability? Model it first.

Reputation isn’t just external. It’s how your staff talks about you when you’re not in the room.

And for those of us that have side gigs?

Same rules apply.
That’s why I’ve taken my time with Milo. With Ordo.
Because I don’t want people to just sign up.
I want them to say, “This is exactly what I needed.”

Not because of a fancy landing page.
Because it actually works.

You don’t need to be everywhere. You need to be real.
That’s what people remember.

The fastest way to grow anything—your practice, your team, your business—is through trust.
And the only way to build it is the slow, boring way:
Tell the truth. Do the work. Keep your word.

Every day.

-Dr. Alex

P.S. Know someone who’s trying to build a business, a team, or just not lose their mind in the process? Forward this to them. This is the kind of advice I wish someone handed me sooner.
